δ Faceups: 

You ship the doll(s), and I’ll let you know when I receive the package.

I start faceups 1-3 days after arrival and will send regular updates as the faceup progresses.

When the work is finished, I will pack up the doll(s) and send final photos.

​

δ Wigs:

I will begin dyeing and processing the fiber within 1-3 days.

Progress photos will be sent to approve of color and when the wig is complete, both before and after styling.

When the wig is complete, I will take finished photos and pack for shipment.

δ I ship 1-3 days after work is finished.

 

My current faceup turnaround time is 3-8 weeks upon arrival of your doll.  Wigs will take 2-6 weeks depending on complexity and materials available.

Please note that this can change depending on the weather (faceups), my personal schedule, and workload.

*Please refrain from requesting updates frequently (i.e., every 2-3 days). While fulfilling your commission is of the utmost importance to me, I also have other obligations outside of the hobby.  I will always get back to you regarding your commission within a reasonable time and will respond to messages promptly.*

*It is highly recommended that you provide your own face protector! I do not have any in stock.*
